A London-based independent estate agency has launched its second location with a deliberately unconventional aesthetic that breaks from traditional property office design conventions, according to its founder.

Vita, previously operating from a single high street premises in Swiss Cottage, North London, has established its Hampstead branch with an interior concept that resembles a curated design showroom rather than a conventional agency storefront.

Founder Oliver Kent explains the space was intentionally designed to evoke a residential atmosphere rather than a transactional environment. The office eschews traditional agency fixtures—window-facing desks and headset-wearing negotiators are notably absent. The location also serves as the operational center for Vita's self-employed agent framework, branded as Broker Partners.

Now in its fifteenth year of operation, the firm's expansion reflects heightened market activity across its North West London territory, Kent notes.

"Establishing our South Hampstead presence represents a logical progression. Our work across these postal districts spans years, making this location strategically sound for our current growth phase. We deliberately avoided replicating conventional agency storefronts from the planning stages," he explains.

Discretion

"Property dealings in this market segment demand careful consideration, confidentiality, and substantive dialogue.

"Our workspace architecture mirrors our operational philosophy—concentrated, personalized, and relationship-centric.

"The robust performance of our collaborative broker framework has been instrumental in enabling this expansion. The model's success provides the foundation to establish additional infrastructure while preserving our service standards and client attention protocols."
