FIA launches new website and member platform

The Federation of Independent Agents (FIA) has launched a new website alongside a rebuilt member platform, aimed at improving how independent agents access tools, data and collaboration.

Branded “FIA 2.0”, the platform has been developed over the past year using AI infrastructure and an open API framework, with a focus on scalability and a more streamlined member experience.

Graham Lock, chief executive officer of The FIA, said: “FIA 2.0 is the result of a complete rebuild of both our website and member platform. In today’s environment, organisations like ours must remain at the forefront of platform development.
